What Is ViewIt?
  The ViewIt product includes three programming tools or "modules" that form a solid foundation for building sophisticated Mac programs:
  ViewIt - The ViewIt module supports high-level commands that are much easier to use than Dialog Manager toolbox calls, but at the same time create and manage dialog and document windows that are much more powerful than those supported by the toolbox.  The use of ViewIt eliminates the need for more expensive "dialog builders" that do less.
  FaceIt - The FaceIt module can be optionally used to help support modeless windows, the main menu bar, floating palettes, background processing, and other program-wide features.  The combination of ViewIt + FaceIt eliminates the need for "program managers" and "interface builders" that often cost more and do less.
  UtilIt - The UtilIt module contains utility routines that are required by other modules but can also be used by your programs.
  The "ViewIt On-Line Help" window contains ViewIt, FaceIt, and UtilIt programming guides that contain further information about the use of these modules in your programs.
